The company was formed in 1988 and specialises in recycling PVC from electric cables. To remove the copper content, the plastic granules are washed and screened. We recommend any of our products to be laid at 50mm over 100mm of washed Silica sand.

POLYSAND™
 A premix of top quality Silica Sand and Polypropylene Fibres. Can be used on it's own at a depth of 150mm or at a depth of 100mm with 50mm of Plastic Granules or Rubber.

FLEXIFIBRE™
A mixture of our plastic granules and elasticated fibres to give added spring and increased stability to the surface.

PLASTIC GRANULES
Multicoloured plastic granulate recycled from electrical cables. Economical and ideal for adding to sand.

SILICA SAND
Top quality equestrian sand that gives a firm but free draining surface. Please note that all sand based surfaces used on indoor schools will require regular watering.

RUBBERTRAX
25mm chip from cross-ply tyres and conveyor belting. A larger chip with fibre content & metal free.

RUBBERRADS
20mm chip from radial tyres, with less fibre content de-steeled to 99.9% metal free. No loose wire just what remains inside the rubber. This is the most popular type of equestrian rubber.

RUBBERSEAL
All black mixed rubber shred of varying size and metal free.

Most of our customers have found it useful to have an idea of quantities required.

All our products are extremely durable but over time there will be some loss. We estimate that a top up of between 10% and 20% will be required after 5 years of normal usage.
